Today is Bike Day

Really helpful and friendly, fixed my son’s bike up in minutes and had it back on the road. Thank you.

Stopped in for some lunch with friends today and my 8 month old fussy baby. None of us had been before so we didnt know what to expect. This was a proper gem. The staff were incredibly kind to rearrange tables for us and nothing was an issue. We all really enjoyed our lunches, all food was fantastic quality. Baby changing facilities even had nappies and wipes. Lovely cafe in a lovely spot of dundee

After a lot of consideration and contemplation we bought ourselves two new VOLT electric bikes having test driven them and following the positive experience of friends. We collected our bikes from Dundee Cycle Hub on a Saturday morning and they could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Grace and Gabe spent time showing us every functionality, did a wee test drive outside the shop with us, fitted our bikes for us and were all round super stars. They were so encouraging for two newbies to electric bikes and not your stereotypical cycling types. They hyped us up and were utterly brilliant. We had such a positive experience and cannot encourage you enough to go there for your bikes, accessories and service. Their knowledge and passion is hard to beat. We’ll be back in 3 months for an after sales service and genuinely look forward to it. Thanks team; Grace and Gabe for being an incredible duo. You’ll be glad to know we managed to get home safely completing the 33km and haven’t stopped cycling since!
